Lovely hotel
Beautiful location, great room, front desk staff was wonderful. The only issue was The people that were staying above me were up at 5 AM. Incredibly loud!!!! didn't feel like getting up at five am. Was very disappointed that they put someone above me in the off season

Amazing ocean front location
Great location right on a private beach. Check in was very easy and the front desk staff were very friendly. Was a little disappointed that our room did not look like the one we booked - same size but did not have a full kitchen or a sofa (instead had a daybed and a kitchenette). Not sure if our room was changed or if the pictures on Hotels.com are not correct, but it would be great if this could be checked. Just a heads up for anyone booking! The bed was comfortable and the tv was a great size. Appreciated the chairs on the beach for guests as well. Bathroom was extremely small and very cramped which was unfortunate. Would still stay here again and recommend to friends.

Property was conveniently located on the beach, which was nice the room we had had a second floor above it, which was a little bit noisy and also the bathroom fan did not work. It looked like it hadn’t worked for a while by the paint peeling off the ceiling in the bathroom bathroom and the rust on the bathroom light fixtures.

I stayed here for one night a few days ago. I wasn't sure what to expect when I first pulled in and saw the property, but my room was great. Very clean and bright and cheery. The ocean is only visible while lying on the bed, but still beautiful. There was no microwave in the room, but there is one in Reception that you can use. The bathroom is tiny and was fine for me, but a larger person might have trouble fitting on the toilet.

What a great location and beautiful property! If the bathrooms were updated this would be a 5 star stay. Also, floors felt slimy and dirty definitely need to do a better job moping. But minor, I would stay again even with the outdated camp like bathrooms because the location is so amazing.

Last-minute vacation for us. We didn't get the Oceanview room as Expedia picture shown for the first night when we arrived late. The hotel reception switched us on request to a second floor room with private ocean-facing balcony for the second day of our stay. The view is beautiful, exactly as Expedia photos shown. The private beach is very nice too.

Chatham Tides is exactly what we had in mind for a true “Cape Cod” experience. Staff was phenomenal and shared their favorite local restaurants with us. Our morning walk on the beach was picture perfect. My only complaint is that we couldn’t stay longer.
