Stay was great. Hotel needs to be renovated, but everything was clean and the best of very comfortable. The front office staff, especially the manager Gigi and the bellman Anthony, were amazing!! So friendly and helpful. They truly took an interest in us to make sure the stay was great.

My only complaint is that the rooms are old and the only place to plug in a phone or computer is the bathroom(unless you physically move the unit next to the bed where the lamp is plugged in) What I loved was what some people won't...a physical A/C unit. I wish more hotels had this because with a real unit OFF is OFF as opposed to most hotels that have a panel on the wall that only makes you think you are controlling it but you aren't and off still means ON and always too cold! Maybe if rooms are upgraded(to the high level of UK Travelodges) upgrade a physical A/C to make everyone happy

The first room had hair in the tub drain, a spider in the bathroom, was very dated structurally, the carpeting was stained, and the curtains were torn. We requested a different room and were charged an upgrade fee. I won’t stay here again.

Basic rooms with minimal furniture and lighting. Older pedestal sink in the bathroom with little counter space. TV service was very limited. Otherwise, it was comfortable and served the purpose for one night in the Loop. Priced lower than other options.

It's a convenient location for transportation. They have a "no cash" policy, therefore I had a significant struggle getting them to accept my cash payment. If I was unable to use my card to make a payment, they advised me to check out. I finally figured out my card problem and completed the payment.

The building is obviously an older one in the city, however they took great effort to upgrade building materials and living conditions (TV, air conditioner, kitchenette, business desk). Together with good cleanliness and friendly staff, this option is very decent offering incredible value.

Would it hurt to put a little love into the rooms and update them a bit? Hallways are old and dingy and rooms remind me of my great great grandma's house. Overall we didn't hate it. Just next time we'll be spending a little more for a more updated place.
