Roomy 2 bedroom home in Bayview Street, an easy 600m walk to Main Beach and town centre. Well equipped with appliances including 2 TVs, DVD player, microwave, washing machine, clothes dryer and gas BBQ on rear balcony overlooking the sunny fully fenced yard with side access for a small boat. Recently renovated bathroom. Single garage with internal access. Pet friendly for one small outside dog only.

South West Rocks is a small coastal town on the mid north coast situated near the mouth of the Macleay River - by car approximately 5 hours from Sydney or Brisbane. South West Rocks offers 8 beautiful white sandy beaches, some of the best scuba diving in Australia, a modern Country Club (with bowling greens and 18 hole golf course & tennis courts), the Seabreeze Hotel overlooking the Pacific Ocean and the Riverside Tavern on the bank of the Macleay River. Within the Arakoon State Recreation area is the historical Trial Bay Gaol and the popular Trial Bay Kiosk, a great place for breakfast, lunch or tea. There are many small shops, great cafes and restaurants in the centre of town and a Coles shopping centre on the edge of town.

Linen is not supplied in this holiday letting. We needed a cosy cottage for a weeks break that catered for our little pup as well. This property was ideal...good location, very clean and a well maintained dog friendly yard. I believe this would be a very appealing property for a young family as well with plenty of outdoor play area for kids.
