Beautiful three bedroom holiday townhouse located in a quiet street not far from the town Centre of South West Rocks with a walk of 1km to café, shops and beaches and a short stroll of 850m to Back Creek or 1.3 km down to Horseshoe Bay or Main Beach for a swim, surf or snorkel. Modern kitchen with dishwasher, two TV's, up stairs timber flooring to the open plan living area which leads out onto a fantastic front balcony with BBQ and outdoor setting to relax on in the nor-east Seabreeze's. The back decking off the main bedroom also provides a BBQ and outdoor setting. Ceiling fans to all bedrooms and the living areas have ceiling fans and split system A/C along with Wi-Fi internet access. Main Bedroom has ensuite bathroom with large shower area. Own laundry with front loader washer and cloths dryer. With bed and bath linen supplied and beds made in this holiday property what more could you ask for to create your special holiday. 1 off street parking space on the driveway only. Garage can be used for bike and beach equipment storage only.

Not a bad location
Not a bad position if you don't mind driving to the sights. Dissapointed there was construction going on units 2 doors down, the garage had a jet ski in it so we couldn't lock the car up, no dryer or dishwasher
