Through the park and onto the beach, about as close to the beach as it can get. Ground floor 2 bedroom beachfront unit with views of Trial Bay.

One of the best locations on the east coast. Beach front ground floor 2 bedroom unit with views of Trial Bay. TV, DVD player, microwave, own laundry with washer and dryer, garage. Ceiling fan to loungeroom and to both bedrooms. Brand new bathroom, renovated July 2021.Pet friendly for one small dog only, outside NSW school holidays (to be kept to loungeroom area, not permitted in bedrooms). No fenced area outside. A great place to base yourself for a beach holiday, just relax and enjoy.

South West Rocks offers 8 beautiful white sandy beaches, a modern Country Club with bowling greens, tennis courts and18 hole golf course, some of the best scuba diving in Australia, the Seabreeze Hotel overlooking the Pacific Ocean and Riverside Tavern on the bank of the Macleay River. Within the Arakoon State Recreation area is the historic Trial Bay Gaol and popular Trial Bay Kiosk - a great place for breakfast, lunch or tea. There are many small shops, including great cafes and restaurants in the centre of town, as well as a Coles shopping centre on the edge of town.

Linen is not supplied in this holiday letting. You will need to bring your own sheets, pillowcases, towels, tea towels & tablecloths, etc. You also need to provide your own toilet paper, soap & dish washing liquid, etc. If you do not wish to bring linen, you will receive contact details for the linen hire firms in your confirmation email.
