Position perfect - modern, renovated 4 bedroom home with newly installed ducted air-conditioning right in the centre of town. Close to the beach, shops, cafes, restaurants and parkland. Open plan living areas with polished timber floors, ceiling fans, modern gourmet kitchen,900mm gas cooktop, double drawer dishwasher, large flatscreen TV, DVD player, Wi Fi Internet. 4th bedroom with king single is accessed via 3rd bedroom. Outdoor setting, gas BBQ and table tennis table in rear shed next to inground swimming pool for fantastic outdoor living. Laundry with washer, dryer, 2nd shower and toilet plus double length lockup garage (1.75m high door). Plenty of storage for surfboards, fishing rods and beach gear.

Please Note: 'Wally's Folly' requires payment of a $250 refundable security deposit. A post departure inspection is required before funds are released.

Linen is not supplied in this holiday letting so you will need to bring your own-sheets, pillowcases, towels, tea towels & tablecloths. You will also need to provide your own toilet paper, soap & dish washing liquid etc. If you do not wish to bring linen, you will receive the contact details for the linen hire firms in your confirmation email.

A South West Rocks Accommodation holiday offers a true escape from the hustle and bustle of modern day living. South West Rocks is a small coastal town on the mid north coast situated near the mouth of the Macleay River - by car approximately 5 hours from Sydney or Brisbane. South West Rocks offers 8 beautiful white sandy beaches, some of the best scuba diving in Australia, a modern Country Club with bowling greens, tennis courts and 18 hole golf course, the Seabreeze Hotel overlooking the Pacific Ocean and Riverside Tavern on the bank of the Macleay River. Within the Arakoon State Recreation area is the historic Trial Bay Gaol and popular Trial Bay Kiosk, a great place for breakfast, lunch or tea. There are many small shops, great cafes and restaurants in the centre of town and a Coles shopping centre on the edge of town.

Came up with the whole family for 4nights & we had a fantastic stay. So much space & various areas to enjoy, from the pool to the table tennis to the soccer table, there was something for everyone. Very centrally located to beaches, parks, shops etc, we didnt need our car at all. I would highly recommend this property

Relaxing week away
My husband and I enjoyed our stay here. The house had everything we wanted and more. The kitchen was amazing & well supplied. Loved the table tennis & foosball table. Plenty of storage under the house for our bikes. We enjoyed reading by the pool (shame it wasnā€™t warm enough to swim) Everything was a walk away; cafes, shops, beach. Will definitely visit this lovely little town again.

Beautifully presented and clean. Top location - walk to beach, hotel and shops. Table tennis was a hit. The kitchen is amazing. Was a great place for our extended family get-together weekend.
