Property looked abandoned.
Hotel looks like it’s about be demolished or abandoned. Pool had weeds in it carpets were trashed, room was old and filthy. The beds, however, were comfortable and looked like the only thing that was upgraded.

Half the hallway way quarantined off with plastic and those rooms were gutted. The parking lot had broken glass and garbage & cigarette butts everywhere. There was no pool, like it advertised on website . It’s been closed up for a while. I wasn’t sure if this motel is in the process of shutting down or what. I thought my room had mini fridge & coffee maker but it didn’t. The trash can had no liner and the can was filthy dirty, the bathroom sink /counter were not clean. I wasn’t even sure if the sheets were changed so I pulled half of them off and used the blanket I brought. I was also told the motel right behind it was housing for people who just got out of jail. I didn’t sleep well for the two nights and kept getting up to check my car outside. I would have made different arrangements if it wasn’t too late to get my money back.

The hotel and room was dirty. Our bathroom was moldy, the toilet was black, our room hadn't been properly cleaned, the hallway was dirty, the grounds were dirty, there is just no care at all put into the place. The price was ridiculous for the condition of the property.

A great place for a tired traveler!
I arrived late in the evening so if there was a view i didn't see it. I also left early. I will say the room was comfortable and clean. I slept very well. All the staff i interacted with were helpful and friendly.

Motel is an old Travel Lodge ,now a 6 and they are renovating it . My room was decent and felt clean. I realize this is not a 4 or 5 star , but extras were none existent. No kleenex , limited towels, etc. The biggest three issues for me were ,even though I was in a reno'ed section, The hallway leading to the room had a terrible odor (possibly urine?) And the lot where I parked had some people parked down in a corner, I wasn't sure what they were doing, if homeless or possibly just hanging out of their rooms, not sure and didn't care to find out so I was on alert ,as I had a very valuable rig. One other thing comes to mind, it currently is VERY hard to figure out were the office is. It is connected to a defunct casino ,or at least it looked defunct. Property is old and in need of major upgrades. Bed was comfy and room was clean and quiet. Deck clerk was super friendly and helpful, so some good points for that !

So Old It Isn't Worth It
The ironing board was dangerously broken. The iron was dirty. This is a very old property, not kept up. Also, there was insufficient number of electrical sockets. We needed to plug in two CPAP machines and three phones. There were only two sockets near the bed.

Looks like they are restoring- half of the building is under construction. My room was clean but a lot of the facility is a construction zone and there were a few shady people lingering the vicinity… A little steep of an ask for $115.00 for one person/one night.

The property was beautifully clean, the indoor pool was heated and immaculate, as was the spa! The staff was very helpful and friendly! They saved our lives in letting us know that we needed a reservation before going to Arches national Park… We would have been in for a huge disappointment the following day if they had not helped us with that! if I could give them 10 stars I would!

Front staff very friendly and gave decent room but because it was right next to an exit door I was woken up multiple times during the night with the door slamming. Finally after 2am things quieted down.

I got a suite and when we entered the room first apperances were good. We noticed that the a/c wasnt keeping up with the demand from the heat outside, so we asked to be moved. The front desk gentleman was great and moved us rooms. The room he moved us too was much smaller so the a/c kept us much cooler. As we unpacked and went to shower we noticed the shower gead was clogged with calcium deposits and banged very noisily when turning on and off the water. There were bugs in the old lights and lots of stains on the carpet. I didnt get a discount for our down grade from a suite to a regular room but atleast we stayed cool. Stay at tour own risk.
