Good value for a 3 star but wouldn't stay again.
The room was to be expected and comfortable enough. Great value. The only downside was the location of our room being right at the end of a hallway next to an exit door and people were literally in and out all day and night so it was very loud. The door keep slamming shut so it was hard to get a good night sleep. The staff was very nice though.

I loved how pet friendly it was, and how convenient the location was for access to the hospital and the mall is right there. There are lots of restaurants right there too. That was nice. The room had a couple of stains that were slightly off-putting. But I did feel that it was clean. I would stay there with my pet, but might choose something else, if I don’t have a pet with me.

The front desk agent that checked us in was HORRIFIC and should not be in customer service. Every encounter with her she was super rude and unaccommodating. On the other hand, Melissa was absolutely amazing!! She really went the extra mile to celebrate our anniversary and we couldn't be more grateful for her. Wonderful room and very convenient area. Breakfast was good but we got burnt out on having the same eggs and sausage every single day of our 6 night stay.

The staff from the desk at check-in through check-out was always helpful, polite and available. My room was excellent. It was quiet; I slept well. The shower and vanity were spacious and provided space for my personal items. The TV was large and operated easily. The desk space for my computer was great. The breakfast was great. Very good selection of food to satisfy nutritional needs was available. A selection of snacks and food was available in the lobby for a reasonable cost.
