Employee was FaceTiming someone and chatting with her while checking us in so check in was slow. I chose this hotel chain because other stays I have always found hotel and room very clean and comfortable. Bathroom wasnā€™t clean. Sick and counter were obviously not cleaned from previous guest. A used bar of soap was stuck to tub so the tub/shower hadnā€™t been cleaned. Duvet cover on bed had dirty stains. Was really gross. We used blankets we had in our car because we didnā€™t trust if we asked for clean blankets that we would get clean laundered ones. We reserved for 3 people but there was no bedding for the pull out sofa bed. We shouldnā€™t have to go to the front desk and get bedding. It did appear to be clean. Breakfast was good. I will think long and hard before I stay in another Country Inn again especially for the rate I was charged for a dirty room.

The staff were good. The place clean and tidy. But our room faced the freeway and although is was pretty quiet we had freeway lights shine in our room all night. No black out blinds. Why do they made decorative valences with sheers over the wondow and no way to make the room datk

Nice hotel for a quick overnight stay. Excellent continental breakfast, eggs and potatoes cooked to perfection, kudos to the cook. Nice staff.

Rooms were clean, beds ok. Noise from traffic all night. Breakfast was a disappointment. No milk for ceral, no eggs, sausage gravy empty, coffee empty. All with it being only 8 in the morning. Probably wont be back to this hotel.

Sold us a non-existent room
Despite only arriving at 6-7pm and a long-standing non-refundable booking for a suite, they had no rooms available. The manager told us it was our own fault for not booking directly, and there was nothing they could do about it. They had the booking on file but did not contact us in advance or cancel the booking, but took the money. There were other people in the same situation and when I went online to find other hotels in the area the hotel was still selling non-existent rooms. Be careful!

I was in town for my granddaughterā€™s birthday. I always book a hotel with a pool so the kids have something to do. The front desk clerk, Robin, was phenomenal, the pool & breakfast fantastic! However, our bathroom floor, sink & tub had hair in it upon arrival, that is unacceptable. The ice busker had 6 moths worth of dust on it too! Housekeeping slacked in our room.
