Great views, facilities and comfort of the rooms. The size surprised us, it was adequate for our family at this size. Kitchen was well equipped and plenty of things to do there.

Everything was great however the curtains were super dirty, the couches were in pretty bad shape, the tv didn’t work properly, the iron is broken. The entire stay there the apartment had a weird smell as well as you entered despite trying to air it out. That was just our room though I guess, overall the place has amazing views and located close to everything.

King bed, washer and dryer and foxtel tv, didnt use much else as out every night and most afternoons. They had full kitchen but we didnt need to use it. Staff on reception who checked us in was absolutely lovely. Location was easy to get in and out from.

Great location close to tram, walking distance to the beach and town. The two bedroom apartment was nice with a balcony and the beds were comfortable. We didn't really spend much time at the apartment or in the complex but it was a great base at an affordable price.

We stayed 5 days and had a 1 bed partial ocean view apartment, the location is not too bad near a tram stop, the room was relatively small filled with large furniture which was getting a bit old. The bed was queen size and smaller than the large queen beds we are used to on surfers apartments. But otherwise it has a small gym and a pool and a sauna plus bbq area, so it has all of that. Otherwise reasonably clean and has everything you need.

Overall was ok. Good communication. Chose a 2 bed with ocean view. Great view from the 22nd floor. Room needs a deep clean. Dead bugs squashed within the roller blinds. Bathrooms need a good clean, re-grout and silicon. Reluctant to step into shower. Room smelt very stale. Spa water was filthy. Good options of pool sauna and gym Good location 6/10

We absolutely loved our stay at the Artique and didn't want to leave. Fantastic apartment with amazing views, had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. Rachel on the front desk is so warm and welcoming and made out stay even nicer with her friendly smile. All the reception staff were really lovely and helpful. Also a great location to the beach, public transport, easy walk into Surfers and lots of choice of eateries close by. So happy we chose to stay at the Artique. We will definitely be back.

Easy afterhours check-in process, friendly staff, amazing views, perfect location to beach, public transport and restaurants/shops - so glad we chose to stay here. Could have done with a few extra towels given the length of our stay and most of the time when we were at the hotel - reception was closed. But apart from that minor detail - our stay was excellent!!!

Apartment was good value for money. Great location and walking distance to public transport , beach, cafes and restaurants, and shops. However there are little things which could be improved. Wifi reception was good in the living room but poor in the bedroom and tv kept disconnecting due to poor wifi, and the end bit of some of the curtains were damaged allowing light to come thru in morning.

Really nice place to stay, super close to surfers paradise beach and walking distance to all the shops. Only downside was that the bedroom had see through curtains so wasn’t very dark during the night and would get woken up super early in the morning,
