First, the staffs were really nice. We stayed here for Eagles vs. Stealers game for my husband birthday.Its worth it. I paid for the breakfast and the breakfast buffet is really good. I highly recommend this place.

Very nice hotel with updated lobby and bar/ lounge in the center. The food there was great and they were open late. We had an issue with our first room but the front desk were very accommodating and switched us to a new room. All the staff we interacted with were nice and helpful.

I booked a room via Expedia after I found out that I would arrive in Philadelphia after midnight due to an eight-hour flight delay. I paid on Expedia, but then I was also charged by the Sheraton. Expedia called to someone at the hotel who said they would issue a refund. Several weeks later I still don't have the refund. I called them today and was transferred to Accounting. The woman who answered listened to my problem and said she would connect me to her office; the phone kept ringing and she never picked up. I then called back and selected Accounting from the menu, but got a message saying that the "person you are trying to reach is not at their desk". I am not impressed with this hotel's customer service.
