I had a great stay - bed and pillows were comfortable, room and bathroom were clean. Pool and hot tub were also clean. I didnā€™t end up having the free breakfast but I did see that they have a waffle iron!! And other good breakfast options. Staff was nice and helpful! Quiet location too.

The cleanliness of property overall average. Very small bathroom area. Tv picture clarity very poor. Beds were old and worn out. The breakfast was quite good but the coffee was bland.Everything now is over priced you have to spend a lot to get a really nice place.

Girl at the desk when we came in at 6pm was as nice as could be. Didnā€™t catch her name. Breakfast was good and areas were very clean. Enjoyed our stay.

This property is a great place to stay if you are shopping in the Spokane Valley area. Itā€™s also very easy to get to from the Spokane airport. The staff are friendly, the rooms are comfortable and breakfast was great.

Stay was very pleasant, rooms where clean and air conditioning was great. Breakfast was very pleasant and gym was awesome. Didn't make it to indoor pool but looked very inviting. The only downside was parking was quite small in front but receptionist said to park in back and I found that better.

This property got high ratings on Expedia. However, weā€™re not sure where these people have stayed before, as the hotel room was very dirty, dingy, dark and old. There were crumbs all over the furniture and hair all over the face cloth that I used, which was supposed to be clean. In addition, we were given an accessible room, which usually is no big deal. However, it was dirty and the giant chair in the shower made it hard to fit. There was also no light in the shower area, so you couldnā€™t even see what you were doing. Also, the toilet was not cleaned on the outside. When we were coming and going from our room, the front desk clerks were sitting with their faces down. In addition when we checked out the front desk agent never asked us how our stay was or anything the otherwise. We would never have stayed if we had not prepaid for the room.

The roll in shower i had had no water pressure and the hand wand didnt work at all. Even after adjusting the fridge all my food/drinks froze. I felt as though the bed was very uncomfortable, my bad killed everyday. Every night there was some loud noise and people in the hallways after midnight. I really felt like if u didnt get to the parking lot by 5pm all the close spots were gone and people parked horribly. I use a walker so i hooed to get a close spot, but i had to park at the end of the lots. Away from the door and my room. The only psoitive i had was the one day i had housekeeping come to empty the trash, the lady was so nice and she went above and beyond to give me another bath mat n towels even though i didnt ask for them. For what i paid i expected a little more...but thats my opinion.
