This cozy cottage is safe, clean, extraordinarily quiet and nicely appointed. Perfect size for a couple or small family. It is steps away from the lake, walking distance to the Southwick Rail Trail, a 5-minute drive to the supermarket and 20 minutes to Bradley International Airport.

It was a birthday getaway. Cottage was cozy and charming. Neighborhood was very quiet, so lovely!!! Very short walk to the lake. Close to shopping and resturants. Great starting point for scenic drives, hiking, historical tours or antiquing. Southwick is a lovely community. Can't wait to visit again.

Great Place
We are a retired couple who rented for 3 days in Feb to spend time with family in the area and it was perfect for us. Hosts were responsive, the cottage was immaculate and had everything we could need, was warm and cozy, the bed very comfortable. The location is convenient to amenities but was quiet and private. We enjoyed nice daily walks in the neighborhood. There are plenty of restaurants around and the grocery store is 5 min away. We enjoyed dinner iut at the Southwick Inn. Overall a most pleasant stay!

Beautiful, well interior designed home. The host was great. The location was easy to find and it was a pleasant place to stay. My only suggestion is having some curtains to cut the security lights that flow into the main bedroom at night.

We had a great stay at this little cottage with my husband, my two children and myself. The host was great and very easy to communicate with and we appreciated the fact that there was toilet paper, plenty of kitchen dishes etc, towels, and washing machine/dryer. We would definitely stay here again!

The house was very clean and in a nice location in a quiet neighborhood near the lake. Despite these positives, we very upset to learn that there was a camera in the house. Our understanding is that this is against VRBO policy.

Restorative retreat
My friends and I traveled here for a weekend after suffering the sudden loss of a loved one. This was the perfect place to recharge and relax. The sunrise was absolutely gorgeous on the water. I absolutely love staying at this cozy, warm cottage. It is perfectly located where everything is close by, but it is super quiet and peaceful. Perfect size for 2. The owners are beyond friendly and available if ever something is needed. There was a possibility of a winter storm and they brought salt for the driveway just in case. Amazing all the way around

Beautiful experience, wonderful, responsive hosts
I stayed at the cottage so I could visit my father who lives in Westfield. It was so comfortable and every detail was covered. Coffee keurig cups were perfect for my stay. All sorts of kitchen , tools, gadgets, accessories were available. Laundry, too. There are tvs in both bedrooms as well as the living room. Super comfortable beds and pillows. I did need an eye mask due to the mornng sun, but no big deal. The rooms were decorated with beach/vacation decor. Very cool furniture. Cabinet of games and books. Lots of luxuries, like hair care products and sunscreen (which I had forgotten to pack) I can't wait to go back and stay in this wonderful house on a quite street, within walking distance to the lake.
