The breakfast was good, a little over cooked. Wish the lights outside the windows could have been turned off or just lighter, and even with the curtains closed it was still light in the room.

To start my stay the woman at the front desk was extremely rude. When we got to the room the towels were dirty, the base of the bed was dirty and had white stains, the door didnā€™t shut, the sliding door was paper thin, there was no vent in the bathroom. Then there was an indoor pool that I got for the kids that was ā€œclosed for the seasonā€ which made no sense. None the less I will never stay here again!

Check in was fine, got the basic information we needed. When I walked into our guest room it sounded like a window was open. Later found out that the sliding door to the balcony was off its track or the building had settled and the door did not close all the way at the top and was very drafty, it was very noisy b/c it faced the main road. The lighting wasn't great and one of the desk lamps didn't work or possibly didn't have a bulb. It was otherwise clean enough and a place to stay, but better, more modern locations might be available elsewhere closer to where we needed to be. When I was in/out in the morning the desk clerk was on her cell phone on a personal call and didn't acknowledge me when I passed the desk twice while nobody else was in the lobby. All and all it was affordable but I know they could do better with the facility and was a bit outdated.

This property really needs some remodeling as soon as u go towards your room area it begins to feel like your in a very sleazy motel

The hotel room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The front desk was very friendly. The area around the hotel is a bit shady and did not feel very safe. The outside of the hotel was not very nice. You could see some of the first floor curtains were ripped and in subpar condition.

This is very close to the Interstate. Although we booked well in advance we were allocated a room on the side closest to the road. Noise and light from the side of the building did disrupt sleep. The rest of the experience was good
