Love the Hilton Frontenac!! It’s so beautiful and luxurious. The staff are so kind and helpful. I brought my daughter and her friends for a fun birthday slumber party and they had a blast! We will definitely be back!

It’s an older hotel in need of updating. Staff were friendly, room was fairly clean, could have been better. Location was good for us, nice area of town w/ easy access on to 64.

I read a lot of reviews saying this hotel was outdated but we had a completely different experience. When entering the hotel the lobby was very nice, and our rooms were very clean and spacious. I felt that this hotel was VERY up to date and the facilities were great. There was a grocery store across the street, a restaurant in the hotel and multiple other dining options across the parking lot. This was a very safe. While it may not be as close to all of the main attractions of the city, it was a great location and an easy commute to see anything we wanted. We will continue to stay at this hotel when we revisit St. Louis again.

Arrived on time for check-in but room wasn't ready for over an hour. Placed in a separate exterior building - "Motel" like first floor access. Tiny bathroom. Had to unplug the refrigerator to plug in the coffee pot. Day 2 - room wasn't cleaned until after 5 pm. Pool closed with yellow caution tape. Disappointing overall given expectation of Hilton quality.
