Enjoy gorgeous Florida sunrises and sunsets atop this modern executive home across from Indian Rocks beautiful nature preserve and minutes from its white sand Gulf beaches on a 6-person golf cart. Enjoy your own PRIVATE, HEATED ZERO ENTRY POOL. The home has 4 large bedrooms and three bathrooms. There are two bedrooms upstairs and two downstairs making this house perfect for two families or multiple couples. Kayaks are included and can be launched at the nature preserve.

The house has the feel of Miami luxury with Indian Rocks charm and peace. It is directly across the street from IRB nature preserve where you can launch kayaks, work out and stroll through the preserve's paths. The golf cart is available for the short two minute drive to IRB's fabulous white sand beaches.

Guests have full access to the entire house, including the roof top deck. The home is equipped with digital key access to accommodate arrivals at any time.

I live in Indian Rocks Beach and am available should guests need to assistance.

There is off street parking at the house. The house comes with a 6 passenger golf cart for easy trips to the beach, restaurants and bars.

One word: perfection
We'd give 10 stars if we could! This house is THE house you want to stay in on IRB. We could not have asked for nicer accommodations. Tom was extremely attentive both before and during our stay and was easy to communicate with. We had plenty of room for our 9 guests that stayed for the week. The house was spotless upon arrival and was stocked with everything we could need to enjoy our time there. We were only a block and a half from the beach, but it was difficult to tear ourselves away from the perfect set up in the backyard as the pool was a dream. Both the kids AND the adults were so sad this morning not to be able to dive in first thing in the morning (we came home yesterday :(. The golf cart was a very fun option when running to get coffees in the morning, heading out to play some pickleball or visiting the local surf shop. This house is central to a variety of delicious restaurants in the area (all within 5 minutes of the house!), the beach, the nature preserve across the street, locals shops and more. IRB is a great option when looking for a slower Florida feel (we usually vacation in Sanibel Island, but wanted to change things up a bit this year). It is a small, friendly, easy to navigate area and we cannot recommend this house more. You'll enjoy every second of your time here!

Our stay at Oasis Paradise was flawless. The house and property were clean and well stocked with beach accessories! The pool was wonderful and the golf cart was perfect for short errands and hauling chairs/umbrellas to the beach. Beach Family Babymoon
Phenomenal property that suited our family babymoon perfectly. Property and amenities were exactly as described and shown in the photos. Owners provided a comprehensive digital welcome manual and app which made it very easy to check in/out. All beds were very comfortable. Living space in the house allowed us all to relax and enjoy our time. The pool was kept at a nice temperature which allowed us to enjoyed it day and evening. Absolutely beautiful home which is close to the beach and easily accessible by walking or using the 6-person golf cart.

I was travelling with my 2 children, their spouses and 4 grandchildren ages 9 months to 6. The house and the surrounding area were perfect for us. The accommodation is great for multiple families with lots of space for separation. The pool area was wonderful and feels very private. Beautiful beach just a short walk away with golf cart and all beach equipment toys also available. So many things for kids to do in the area but they were more than content with the beach and pool and travelling via golf cart for their daily ice cream at Kooky Coconuts. It was clean and the host was very responsive. Our only complaint is that we hadn’t booked for longer. We would definitely recommend!

Awesome place!
This place is amazing and a perfect place for a group of friends to chill while in IRB. We loved everything about it, especially the pool area. The Blackstone grill and the basketball hoop were added bonuses, as well as being able to use the golf cart for short trips. The owners were super helpful and were always available for questions. We will definitely be back!

Overall we really enjoyed this property. The back yard is the crowning jewel and we realized having two family rooms is quite useful with a group. It is near a park with a playground and some outdoor exercise equipment. The kayak launch is over there. There is also a boardwalk that runs through the adjacent wildlife sanctuary which was nice for morning jogs. Dogs are not supposed to be on there (although we saw some) it leads to the dog park which we used often (closed on Thursdays). There were some items that needed addressed when we arrived and the owner was quick and courteous to take care of them. Overall a wonderful stay.

Tom, thanks so much for sharing your vacation home with with our family. The home was perfect in every way. They kids truly enjoyed the heated pool, kayaks. Some of the things that are always in question when you book a home, are the beds comfortable. All the family members where saying the beds where perfect. This is a very well stocked, sparkling clean property that is especially good for families with kids. Our three grandsons ages 5, 8 and 9 even got surf lessons through Nekton Surf shop Skim camp. This is a wonderful location and we look forward to coming back!

We had a great week-long spring break stay with our extended family of 9 - kids, grandkids and grand-dogs. The pool was beautiful and perfect for the kids. The playground across the street, proximity to beach, especially by golf cart and convenient distance to grocery, carryout, and restaurants - this place checked all the boxes for us! Communication with the owner was easy and efficient. There was a minor hiccup and he was over within minutes. The house itself has an amazing set up, clean, modern, beachy, and relaxing. The house is located a block from the beach, restaurants, bars and convenience store. Home is super clean and well stocked with items for cooking, beach time or hanging around the house. The pool is beautiful and the golf cart was a hit with the college aged kids. Tom hooked us up with a great chartered boat ride through the inter coastal with Captain Colton. The home was beautiful, and had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. We found the house to be very clean, comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen, plenty of bath and beach towels. The 6 person golf cart was very handy, as we didn’t need a rental car. The owners’ app for the home was very useful. They were able to accommodate a late checkout, which allowed us to enjoy the area and shower before heading to the airport. We look forward to returning again sometime. 😊
