A beautiful closed resort that thoroughly impressed us. Staff were cold and rude often but the property was worth the stay. Cleaning crew was amazing. Chairs at the pool needed an update as they were moulding

Overall, I feel the property needs a little TLC, particularly the rooms. The carpets are a little on the moldy smelling side. My only other negative would be the buffet. The breakfast buffet was $28 which was pricey for what they offer. Somewhat limited. Do

For the price, the room was a total disappointment. This hotel needs to update their rooms big time. Additionally, while they clearly state room check in is 4pm, we weren't even given a room until 6:45 pm. Absolutely ridiculous. This was supposed to be a romantic evening for my fiancee's birthday. Instead, we missed our dinner reservations, entirely, as the result of the room not being available. And, she was treated to a room that was about as nice as a red roof inn and barely. In addition, i have emailed the hotel about all of this and, after about two weeks, still have yet to receivea reply. How expedia rated this hotel a "9 " is beyond my comprehension.

One of our top choices when visiting the Disney area. Great location, convenient, clean and reasonably priced…Stayed here and other Bonnet Creek hotels MANY times over the years, coming from Tampa. Always our go-to place for a quick getaway!

Not properly staffed. No one was able to fix a tv, no one was able to bring us up blankets, not a single pool towel available, was told to wait and someone will come, not a single person showed up to the pool area in over a hour. They wouldn't get us bath towels we had to use tiny gym towels. Rooms did. Not look clean at all, checked in Friday and out Monday and no one switched out towels for us or cleaned the room. Size of the room was nice, that's about it. Wouldn't stay here again.

Overall the resort is clean, pools are very nice. however, the rooms need some TLC.. from the shower handle falling off, clogged tub drain and loose towel bars they definitely need to invest a bit more time into preparing the rooms before the next guest.

Love the beds
Came once again to this beautiful place to visit Disney. One night only but very comfortable. Would rather stay here than any Disney hotel. The beds are fantastic. Place is clean. Staff kind. This time no one tryied to sell me a timeshare so loved it.
