Family friendly resort
Great location, balcony view was a must, variety of pools with slides & a lazy river was very nice as well as walking areas all around the property & shuttle service to the parks was a plus!

Clogged toilet the first day into the second. Second night toilet overflowed with bubbles. I have added a picture. Upon arrival We requested housekeeping and we did not get housekeeping.

This hotel and property were just we needed. We took the feee shuttle to EPCOT and to Disney Springs every day. The pool areas are so nice and big. Rooms are great and so are restaurants.

There was a terrible knocking noise inside the room above the room door and continued most of my stay. Notified front desk and they said someone will check this and said they completed it. It still happened. Wanted to move but had my cat and didn't want to give her more anxiety. Also kids were running up and down the hallways. Will not stay here again.
