Virus survivors!
Our third stay here and once again excellent. This year they added a pool and when the beach got closed it was great to have! Hope that whole area survives this virus...its a great area to stay in!

Wonderful Oasis at the beach!
Great location on Treasure Island. This place is a very unique property for the Gulf Coast. Has a Key West sophisticated "Guesthouse" feel too it. Nice tropical eclectic decor. The court yard is great with plenty of seating area's and water features (fountains) so that you don't hear the traffic noise from Gulf Blvd. There is a small salt water pool-very clean. Hot tub also very clean. A nice seating area around the fire-pit. It is located right, across from the beach. It is like an Oasis. The two owners Eric and David are very nice guys and I thought the service was great. I was surprised at how hands on they are and how available. I can not stress enough how the property is clean and quiet. They provide a nice "continental" breakfast bar every morning. I stayed in one of the suites with a sofa bed that was comfortable. The small kitchen was adequately stocked--with pots, dishes and utensils etc.I only used the fridge microwave and coffee maker. Too many restaurants to cook in Florida. Two Roku TVs one in the seating/kitchen area and one in the bedroom. The bed was comfortable and quiet. Plenty of hot water in the very clean bathroom and the shower had great water pressure. They provide beach chairs and beach towels and umbrella. If you have not been to Treasure Island and want to stay somewhere different--not a huge condo or chain hotel, this is a a wonderful place. Even if you live in Tampa and are looking for a nice beach getaway--check it out.

Well my only complaint was that they didn’t have my room ready, at the time that I supposed be checking in, I did try not to get upset 😡 but I was Because my last night was horrible they have a loud music till almost 3 am...I think 🤔 It was the surround sound system that they have there..not cool...

The property is located in a good area close to shopping and restaurants. It is very very clean and the staff was really nice. The only problem is that the property is on well water which smelled pretty bad.

Not exactly as advertised. Tiny room, terrible water quality. No ice, no breakfast and the bathroom was just an open shower. Standing water on the floor due to poor drainage, water would track everywhere and posed a serious hazard for slipping. Left after one evening- proprietor took glee in charging me for the entire 4 nights. STAY AWAY

The place is very quaint, very peaceful and relaxing. We had a well organized room, breakfast was outside, very nice, walking to John's Pass only 10 minutes, entertainment, just a short walk, everything you could want, beach, across the street, very reasonablely priced, really appreciate the staff, very accommodating, very nice. Just had want we needed for a get away.
