We are located on the East End at Cowpet Bay West, one of St. Thomas' most desirable locations for vacationing, inclusive of being a 5 minute drive into Red Hook boasting a strip of restaurants, bars and nightclub, Red Hook Ferry, American Yacht Harbor, Moe’s supermarket, Food Center, and just one minute away from the Ritz Carlton. 15-25 minutes away from everything else around the island!

We are on Cowpet Bay Beach with unobstructed views overlooking the bay and beach. Our bathroom paved makes it easily assessable for a straight walk over to the beach while enjoying the beauty of our condo community. Other beaches nearby are: Secret Harbour, Sapphire, Coki and Lindquist to name a few- just a short drive away.

Note: Our home is guaranteed fresh, thanks to CENTRAL A/C and CENTRAL DEHUMIDIFIER.

EXPERIENCE:
Serve martinis and a cheese board on your unobstructed, ocean front balcony, drinking in that amazing crystal clear blue ocean view.
Close the doors on your gourmet galley kitchen after preparing your culinary delights that would make even an executive chef smile. With only the finest in cookware, utensils, and counter top appliances, your tight kitchen work space is a cook's dream for preparing a simple snack to a grand dining experience.

Later, turn in to your private, bedroom suite complete with high end touches including plush beds, full thread count sheets, and thick thirsty towels.

- This is a 100% non-smoking home.
- There is a mandatory 12.5% USVI hotel tax fee and $300 refundable security deposit.
- Guests will be provided with a Rental Agreement and Welcome Letter 2 weeks prior to reservation date. The name on your reservation must match the name on your government ID. Third party booking is prohibited.
- Outdoor security surveillance are not monitored when tenant/guest occupied- Please call 911 and homeowner if experiencing a security emergency during your stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The condo was very clean and comfortable. Our host thought of everything we could need which meant we didn’t have to pack a lot. Beautiful getaway
I highly recommend booking this property to anyone who is looking for a comfortable, homey place to unwind after a day on STT/STJ. This unit is located at Cowpet Bay, which is very convenient if you enjoy going to Red Hook, or hanging out on the east side of the island. The view from the balcony of this unit is gorgeous, we enjoyed having our morning coffee out there! Also, this unit has a washer and dryer in it, as well as many towels and little odds and ends that make visiting St. Thomas much more convenient! Being able to wash our clothes and towels daily was perfect. Keshri, the hostess, was also incredible. She was very responsive and thoughtful, and she went above and beyond to make our stay everything we dreamed of!

Great condo and location
We loved our stay here. The unit was so comfortable and had everything we needed. Having the option to eat in rather than eat out all week was key for us. The kitchen has great cookware, utensils etc, making this really easy. Our host was so attentive and responded quickly to all of our questions. Cowpet bay is quiet, has a really nice beach, good snorkeling along the sides (we rented gear for the week from a local shop), and a restaurant right on the beach, a short stroll away. Our teenage boys loved the beach, pool and having their own room and space. We would absolutely stay here again!

Perfect!
Everything about this property was perfect for our family. Having the beach and pool nearby allowed for us to have a couple of relaxing low key days. The location is very convenient to Redhook for dinner/entertainment and to catch the Ferry to St. John. The property is well appointed and had everything we needed. The view from the balcony is spectacular and we enjoyed relaxing on the patio every evening. The communication from Keshri was excellent. Always available to answer questions as we planned for the trip and while we were on location. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful time at Sun kissed serenity. The place was everything advertised. The view was awesome and the outdoor patio was perfect. The condo was very well stocked. We did not cook because we like to eat out on vacation, but the kitchen was had everything you need. Our host thought of everything. Appreciated the extras such as bug spray and sunscreen. The area is beautiful and very convenient to red hook. Would very much like to go back.

Little slice of heaven
Sunkissed Serenity was just what we were looking for. Well appointed, gorgeous condo with amazing views that kept us entertained the entire trip! We visited a few other beaches but Cowpet was the best in the area. Beautiful palm trees, wide sandy beach. Keshri is a fantastic host. She has everything you need, beach chairs, pool toys,sunscreen, beach towels. Not to mention the spice cabinet and grill!

Could not have been better! Deck looks right out over the bay for morning sunrises. Very short walk to the beach and pool. Condo was perfect for 2 couples-King beds in both rooms, all the amenities taken care of (towels, beach towels, even bug spray if you need it at night). It even looks like the host had recently redid both bathrooms, both looked brand new. Our host was always available, asking if we needed anything, & checked on us during our stay😀 Lots of great restaurants in the Cowpet Bay area; 5 minute drive to get to the ferry to get to St John. Came down for our 25th anniversary with our best friends, and the week was fantastic! Would love to come back again!

We really enjoyed our stay with Sunkissed Serenity. Everything we needed was ready at the condo. Location was great for food, activities and relaxation on site. We felt safe and the beach is steps away. Oceanview was beautiful on the patio. We received all needed support from our host. Definitely great location to catch a ferry over to St. John, a must do. I was worried about weather but it was beautiful with clouds on and off but the sun always came out. If you are looking for a relaxing environment to stay with quick access to fun, look no further. Looking forward to a future return.

Island Gem in St. Thomas
Our week-long stay in this beautiful St. Thomas property was a dream come true. The immaculate, well-equipped home with its tasteful decor welcomed us into a true island paradise. We loved this condo! It was spacious, clean and had an amazing view with a large balcony. My teenage daughter and son loved it. The beach is secluded and quiet with clear water. The pool is big and fun to swim in. There are a couple of restaurants on the beach. The location is fantastic! Very close to Red Hook. The grocery store is a short drive. The owner is very attentive and easy to reach. We borrowed beach chairs and beach umbrella. I could go on and on about how great it all was. We highly recommend this condo and would definitely consider staying here again in the future. (We would also consider buying our own condo in the same complex!) We thoroughly enjoyed the bottle of rum welcome gift! Thank you!! We were delighted to be your guests!

Quaint paradise!
The condo is located perfectly on the property to allow you a majestic view of the yachts in the harbor. Very quiet, too. Beautiful upkept landscaping. Awesome double balcony for sipping coffee in the am and wine in the evening. We come from WI so mosquitoes weren’t a bother to us… I saw ONE…. we’re used to getting attacked by them at night at home.. 🙂 We were about a five minute walk from family staying directly at the Elysian. We were able to have a night cap at night on the beach before heading up to our condo. Both restaurants on site are amazing! We had every appliance, utensil, towel, laundry and dish supply located at our finger tips…. we loved the secure keypad entrance with no need to juggle keys…. very spacious for four individuals and could comfortably hold two more….. nice to be able to use what others have left…. coffee, sunscreen, etc. $15 cab ride for two to RedHook’s shops and restaurants was convenient. Jeff “I” the resort driver is a definite must for pick up to and from the airport…. he’s prompt and gives you a great tour along the way! Truly a gem! Thank you, Keshri! Definitely a great value….Your prompt answers were always appreciated! LOVE, LOVE, LOVE!!!!💕

Wonderful Location!
This is the second time myself and 3 girlfriends have stayed at this property. It is clean, well stocked and a great location. Keshri is very helpful too. It is a short walk to the beach and pool. Beautiful views and convenient location to all of St Thomas. We will choose this condo anytime we visit St Thomas.
