The room is generally in good condition, however the sound insulation is very poor. You can hear and even feel the heavy bump when the neighbors shut the room doors.

We were happy with the hotel. Only complaint is if you are tired and want to call for Room service, they want you to pay SOK 105 over and above the bill for room service. I have never seen this kind of a charge and felt its unreasonable.

The hotel is very well maintained and location is great. To get to the Central Station you only have to cross a street. It is also close to the Old Town (Gamla Stan). The staff members were very helpful and friendly. Our room view was spectacular!

Great hotel for our stay. Our room was fairly large and very comfortable. We rode the train from Copenhagen and the hotel is right next door. The metro is also just a few blocks away. Very walkable to Stockholm sites like City Hall, Parliament and The Palace. Would definitely stay here again.
