Rooms are spacious and bathrooms upscale for price. Newly renovated so restaurant not yet available and there isn’t much in the immediate vicinity. 8th floor breakfast area works as a temporary bar and dining space. Food was good. Staff was outstanding and genuinely friendly. Mall is within walking distance and cabs / Uber available.

It was still partially under construction but it was a beautiful property and they were extremely friendly with my children. We also went during a heatwave and they always offered our family cold water after walking back into the hotel. Highly recommend and will return again.

This was a great place to stay for a very reasonable price. The national mall and the wharf are both within walking distance. Staff was friendly and helpful. My only gripe was not having coffee makers in the rooms and having to go to the lobby to get it and hoping there was any left.

All staff is very friendly and kind (specially Carter). Property is elegant, very clean, excellent location. My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. We highly recommend this hotel.

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would visit this property again. The hotel was gorgeous with an element of glamour presented in the details, particularly the plush wall-to-wall carpet. Everyone we encountered from a service aspect was friendly and professional. They have not forgotten what makes these types of stays memorable.

Hotel is fine. Staff is excellent. No real restaurant yet. Only complaint is trying to break big bills to give out tips to staff is difficult to impossible. Usually, there is no cash at the front desk. The staff suffers because of this.

Under construction!
This could have been amazing. However, it is under remodeling and or construction. Noise some days was unacceptable. Not all amenities are available. Bar, restaurant are all in one. I expected much much better. I was plopped to the 8th floor. Conveniently it was the restaurant/bar floor. Bit disappointed. Maybe, if and only maybe all the amenities were available and, I was not plopped on the 8th floor, things could have been a bit better. The outside feels safe. If you go around the hotel you can see the Lincoln memorial. Otherwise, this could have been a beautiful experience.
