My husband and I were staying one night at the hotel. I tried checking in twice, and on the third time they "upgraded" us to a larger room. The moment we walked into the room a stench was noticed. We didn't realize until preparing to go to bed, that the carpet in the bedroom was soaked by the bathroom and closet. I called the front desk who sent maintenance. When I called to ask for a room change, we would have to pack up and walk outside and they only had a queen room available. (20 degrees outside) Of course, that was not an option, and so I requested a spray disinfectant. Never did they try to compensate us for this issue either. Needless to say, I can't recommend this hotel due to our experience.

Everything was wonderful at the hotel, a lot of amenities & cool things to do during the holiday that they had set up (smores & games). Beautiful property located very close to the Grand Canyon (6miles), very convenient to everything.

Great location. rooms were clean and warm. Breakfast in the morning was also very decent. Close to Grand Canyon. We went during busy time and had a great stay at this hotel.
