It is great location but the rooms not clean, the bed horrible every time you tire it squeaks the thermostat have set temperature you can’t adjust how you like is. Guests smoking Marijuana in hallways, finding parking spots is hard. I give credit for the lobby is okay the restaurants serve are nice.

The wifi wasn't secure and didn't even work. A room that costs more than $330 should come with a full breakfast - not one that costs an extra $20 per person!

Service in the bar/grill was not great. Server was hanging out with fruends in the arcade across the hall. Housekeeping left our room unlocked all day while we were out for the day. Luckily nothing was taken

Very clean hotel. The staff was extremely friendly the pool area is great. The gift shop is the best in town too. Lots of dining options and activities. Only 5-10 minutes and you’re at the Grand Canyon. Definitely would stay here again.
