So Ocean Villa is located right in Dog Beach, you literally walk around the corner and you're on the beach. Can't get cooler than that if you're bringing your little friend to the beach. Note, this is a very, very old facility but they keep it up pretty well. Bathroom and shower is always clean. We've stayed here many times and will be back. Dog run right behind the complex, open your back sliding door and let your friend out. Leave it open and most likely you'll be visited by neighbor dogs, it's really cool. Dillon is really helpful, as is the entire staff.

The room I had was infested with bed bugs. Additionally, there was no sound insulation, so I got very little sleep due to the guests in the room above me stomping around late into the night and then again early in the morning.

I love this place. Lots of bad reviews but it was literally $100 for a two minute walk to the ocean, a bed, and a hot shower. Yes, it's old and run down but who cares- YOU'RE PAYING 100 DOLLARS. I can't even fill my vehicle with gas for that price. I will stay here again for sure. Thanks!

An older property, but clean. Rooms are pretty basic. Staff was friendly. Great location close to the beach, dog beach and airport.

First trip to West Coast
Room was clean but there was nowhere to sit in the room except the bed. Balcony was nice with great view but had uncomfortable chair. Early check in had us put bags in a back room unsecured until room was ready. Laundry facility was unusable as no option to get change for coin operation.

The room they gave us was not at all what we booked, we are a family of 5 2 teens and a pre teen and we booked a room with 2 beds and a sofa sleeper the room they gave us only had to 2 beds one was completely broken and sunken in. The shower was filthy and even with shoes on slippery the floors were dirty and dressers were all broken and to top ot off the door didn't even close right and the blinds were broken . Wish i would have thought to take pictures

We took our dogs to the beach for the first time. Ocean Villa Inn provides a good service, giving access, to dog (pet) owners, to the dog Mecca. Our dogs had so much fun, they've been asleep for 2 days since.

Not a top level stay
The guy who checked me in was kind but the hotel was pretty old and run down. The attendant told me he was going to waive the parking fee but I don’t know if there actually was one. He then told me we could park anywhere but unfortunately there were absolutely no parking spots available on the property. We got in around midnight and had to drive off the property to see if we could park in the surrounding community but it didn’t feel completely safe and I had my daughter with me. So we went back and I found a handicap parking spot and took the risk assuming and praying someone with an actual disability wasn’t going to check into this place between midnight and 6 (when we left). The rooms were pretty old and the heating/cooling box didn’t work very well either. It dis serve it’s purpose and we had a bed for the evening.
