A lovely family run business,I was made to feel very welcome and nothing was too much for the hosts. They went above and beyond. Lovely room ,bathroom with very nice shower gel,shampoo and cream. Everywhere was extremely clean and the breakfast was cooked fresh and arrived quickly.Only a few minute walk to beach. Would definitely recommend this guest house.

Lovely mini-break
Perfect base from which to explore Swanage and the surrounding area. Two-minute walk to the beach, and a short stroll along the seafront to the shops etc. Alan is a very friendly host, our room was lovely and breakfast was delicious. Everywhere was spotlessly clean. The Rookery was the best B&B we have stayed in anywhere in the UK. Our room was immaculate, the bed was very comfortable and the breakfasts were cooked perfectly with a wide range of choice.
