So we showed up around 2:30pm to check in (30 minutes before the checkin time) we were informed that our room wasn’t ready. That was fine knowing we were 30 minutes early. We sat down in the lobby and waited. Alittle while later the lady at the desk sat that our room wouldn’t probably be ready until closer to 4pm. I explained that I was there for a wedding and the rehearsal was at 5:30pm and I still needed to get ready. She finally said well I can give you a different room type and I informed her that was fine. It would have been nice at 3pm she would have said that instead of making us wait longer and me having to mention having to be somewhere to get that.

The staff was amazing. Morning and night I had questions and someone was always there to help. They had toothbrushes and razors available which was amazing because I feel like you always forget something. I would highly recommend this facility to friends and family. The breakfast was amazing each day and they changed it up a little which was fun. They are right next to McDonald’s if you don’t want to do the breakfast. They are also right next to an amazing coffee place and lots of shopping

solo traveler - highly recommend!
This is the 2nd time I have stayed here, and it met every expectation again! Traveling solo for work, I'm always searching for comfortable but safe hotels and this one meets the mark. Beds are comfy, there is plenty of desk space for evening computer work (or dinner) and breakfast has a nice variety. Staff are always pleasant and accomodating as well.
