It's totally not a hotel room, but a small flat. The bathroom is small and uncomfortable. The air conditioner is not functioning and the room is hot. Hard to sleep at this place.

很糟... 考量地理位置才在原定位置定下飯店 原定的位置在住宿當天說原定的房間因為其他房客吸煙,為了確保住宿品質挪到別館... 由於太臨時無法反應也只能同意,結果才發現別館離原定位置很遠 對方說補貼退10%房費,也不夠補貼計程車來回費用... 再者,被挪到的別館,竟然老舊大樓的日租套房,無人chick-in就算了,一打大樓竟然堆滿雜物... 進到房間裡面,冷氣沒運轉的聲音?空氣品質也很差.... 重點是隔音設備也很差,可以聽到外面往來的路人與車量的聲音.... 事後回頭看大家的評論,有滿多人臨時換住宿地點... 嚴重懷疑在這間飯店 我遇到的事不是第一次發生

差點要露宿街頭
由於沒有飯店人員聯繫，告知如何CHECK IN，導致我們得抱去網路上一館登記的地址(地址登記也是錯誤的，地址顯示是一間金紙舖，一館在隔壁，門口無標示)這個讓人非常惱火，我們在門口徘徊很久，有旅店主人的朋友經問詢問才得以解決聯絡到旅店，請旅店確實提供正確的連絡資訊，讓旅客能聯絡上你們，不然造成訂房旅客的困擾。

莫名被降級住到二等房間
臨時簡訊+電話被換到另一棟民宿 聯絡方式及危機處理態度不是很妥當 到現場一看簡直就是一般公寓改裝 確定是有證照的民宿？ 沒有提供熱水壺 附近地點相當隱密 感覺莫名被降級住到二等房間 整體感覺非常不好

一進去地板就一灘水，拖鞋也沒有，廁所燈也壞了，第一天晚上就反應，說隔天早上會處理，到下午還沒用，再反應一次，到晚上才處理，很誇張
