When arriving the building, we were a bit skeptical as it looks like a very old residential building. But when arrived on the reception level, it gives a different perspective altogether. Nice and clean. Reception staff was helpful and polite. The only thing that is not good is when turn on the water in shower, the drain has a really bad smell. Not sure if this can be improved. Other than this, all is good. Thanks.

Stay well arranged for me who brought an Old mum
Will stay in this hotel again if I visit Taipei again. Super convenient to Ximending the trendy shopping area. Fantastic staff who has arranged our room right opposite the pantry and also their reception and staff had friendly attended to us almost immediately as I thought to informed them I bringing 2 teenage girls and 1 80+old mum with me. Super arrangements I would say and appreciate their help. Sorry to caused much inconveniences as mum asked to call for me. Thank you again. :) to lovely staff.

room was clean and hotel reception staff were very friendly! they provide baggage storage before check in & also after check out. very responsive on LINE chat when we ask for check in details etc etc. hotel walls are quite thin, can hear footsteps and people talking, but overall a very good hotel they have also upgraded the door lock to a card key instead of the manual key.

small room and poor sound proof. Just like staying in Hotel 81 singapore. Nearby to restaurant and convenient store. Walking distance to night market 20 mins. Basic room amenity. Improvement : Toilet to have bidet or wash spray due you are not allow to flush down tissues.

Fantastic location, a short walk from exit 1 of Ximen Station. Plently of food selections around, and of course Ximen Ding was a short walk away. The hotel covered the entire 10th floor of a building. As budget travellers we would book rooms without windows to save cost. For Hotel Attic, we paid about the same rate for no-window room to get one with window. It just felt better to have rooms with natural light. Fuss free check-in, friendly reception. Water dispenser available at the reception. Clean room, medium soft bed with 2 pillows. I requested 2 more pillows from the reception and received them quickly. Standard amenities in place and the plus point - bathtub. There were reviews on bad soundproof but we had no issues throughout our stay. We requested airport transfer at NT1200. Driver was slightly late but he kept the hotel informed. Comfortable and smooth ride. Recommend to arrange the transport with the hotel if you have many luggages.
