I bet they city view but was given no view.felt cheated. Rooms walls are paper thin when you talk in room the whole corrosion can hear you.shower hot water sudden very hot sudden very cold. Staff service is greate for morning shift but I cannot say the same for those in the night shift.location is convenient and accessible. For the price is acceptable ally reasonable

Overall the place was clean, simple and had the basics. Nothing fancy. I just needed a place for 1 night in between flights and it was perfect for that. It's in a convenient location close to Taipei Main Station. Just take Y13 exit from the mall.

Value for money accommodation
Was pleasantly surprised and impressed with the daily cleaning, daily changing of towels and daily replenishment of drinking water. The hotel is conveniently located to food stalls, huge Q square mall, convenience stores and most specially to the Taipei Main Station. The staff were helpful and friendly. The only minus is the TV has no English channels/shows.

When I woke up in the morning and sit on the toilet, I suddenly found a hug cockroach is passing though my feet. I was shocked. You know this is in winter season, you can image how horrible the hotel will be in the summer time. I requested to cancel the rest of the booking and get refund for the rest of days, but been rejected by the manager. They offer me another room which can say looks better. But the overall rooms' condition is not good as their service attitude. You may say the price is cheap, but I can find the similar price' hotel which is more clean, with normal window, and not so compact space, bed will be not just near by the wash room. And the room density is not so high. The price of this hotel is not fair. But to be honest, the staff in this hotel is nice. I want to thank you for the man who help me take out the cockroach from my room. Your guys are very helpful and very nice. I hope the owner of this hotel can do a renovation totally. To reduce the room qty and extend individual room space. And to change the carpet and wallpaper. That will make the hotel to worth the price, and good for the staff as well.
