是否能去除房間異味!
當天租兩間： A房間 於晚上入住後差點被清潔人員闖入，是聽見門口有在轉鑰匙的聲音，開門看到清潔人員正試圖要進入，雖然她看到我開門後有道歉，但是覺得很不專業~難道沒有旅客住宿資訊! 不知道裡面有人嗎? 如果我正在換衣服怎麼辦!? B房間 沒附梳子 沒附拖鞋 洗臉盆沒熱水 整體：異味重（類似包廂菸味殘留那種） 早餐硬梆梆 奶茶沒味道 而且早餐的吸管不知為何不是乾淨的 未拆封但吸管套裡面有類似奶茶的東西

浴室每天都有蟑螂且衛浴設備老舊不乾淨
我們家在此連續住三天,首夜進家庭房(1120)就發現浴室有蟑螂且蓮蓬頭噴頭破裂~出水是無定向的亂噴射,於是午夜走到櫃檯要反應時竟看到櫃檯人員整個睡死,故隔日向早班櫃檯反應得到的回應是房務人員說這樣出水比較大,是正常的沒有壞,所以堅持不換新也不願意拿其他房間蓮蓬頭暫時更換給我們,一副就是不願替房客解決問題的態度,讓我們家非常後悔在此訂三天的家庭房,極力不推薦在此住宿.

交通方便，步行5分鐘內到府中捷運站，房內設施有點舊但尚算整潔，職員大部分都很有善而且有禮貌，但個別職員態度需要改善，退房後不能寄存行李，實在不便。

酒店設施很差，房內有蟑螂、有異味、浴缸等設備陳舊。地面、牆面及天花都很舊,早餐都很簡單及不太好。 另外，我欣賞的只有日間接待員工樂意幫助我。因為我國語不行，而夜間接待員工拒絕幫我打電話預約計程玉。 整體很差，我以後都不會選擇入住。
