This was a fantastic hotel 25 years ago when I first stayed there, but it's hardly been upgraded or updated since and it's in need of a massive overhaul. Given the decent dining facilities swimming pool and air-conditioning, I think it retains its four star status... But it would be nice if the owners pushed hard to update everything. I will definitely use it again.

We stayed only for 1 night due to flying back home. Getting to the hotel from the airport was simple, we took the train which was free. We missed on the shuttle bus by the time we got out of the airport. The hotel was very clean, the facilities were very nice. The gym was nice and the hotel pool was lovely. 3 separate pools, a sauna, and an ice room. The room I booked had the view where you can watch the planes fly off and land on the airstrip which was cool.

Great service but a bit dated.
We had a good stay, however the rooms’ sockets are not modern and fit for purpose. The staff are courteous and friendly. The location is brilliant. I understand you are renovating next year so I’m looking forward to seeing the new hotel.

House cleaning staffs bp needs more training, and better amenity in the room , fruits in the room every morning. More coffees in the room needed.

The room is dirty. House cleaning staff did not vacuum the room ( I know because the finger nails clips and cookies crumps on the floor still un vacuumed as it should daily.).We used to get fruits in our room every morning but now there were NONE. the coffee (instant ) packs only two everyday. That’s really cheap of the Howard especially we paid premium for the rooms. The choices in the breakfast dining room are of lower quality foods . Choices are limited. Not what it used to be 10 years ago when we started to stay here. There were lots tropical fruits choices , but now very limited with only common fruits. Disappointed! This hotel is not a five stars hotel . It’s more like 2-3 stars if at all.

Traveled with family and had two connecting rooms. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. Breakfast buffet is wonderful, my family enjoyed it every morning during our 4 days stay. Overall, everything is 5-star!!
