Couldn’t check in, nobody at the desk. They even refused to talk on the phone with Expedia’s staff who were trying to reach them via myself because they were even unreachable on the phone for them. In a nutshell they don’t understand Expedia’s booking process in the best of cases. Or they don’t give any consideration to their customers

The hotel was in boonies. It is not meant for family. It is basically a truck stop where drivers will stay. No one was at the reception for over an hr. No one had out booking. Luckily my driver spoke to one of the guys on the telephone and managed a room for us. There were a couple of guys who hi o helped us with dinner and breakfast in the Morning. Kudos to the guys. But no one had our reservation. There was one room which we all fit in - 4 adults. Bad service from Hotels.com reservation end. Incorrect information from hotels.com on location and convenience and safety of public.

El albergue esta muy bien ubicado frente al desierto donde se pueden contratar excursiones, eso si hay que regatear en algunos casos. Impecable la habitación con balcon que me toco muy amplia y cómoda. La limpieza y atención muy buena, lo recomiendo ampliamente.
