Unfortunately this stay didn’t live up to our expectations from the pictures and cost for the stay. First room we were in the air conditioning didn’t work it was facing west so really hot, the duty manager at reception was lovely and moved us to a different room. Unfortunately second room wasn’t much better but didn’t want to seem difficult so didn’t say anything. The king bed was well used with large body dips in the mattress making it very uncomfortable and causing a very sore back over the 4 nights we stayed. The bathroom had no window and exhaust fan was broken causing mould on the ceiling and in the grout. A hole that looked like it had been punched in the door had been badly patched, the handle barely worked to open and close the door. There were stains in the carpet in the room that looked ‘interesting’. And on door frame into the room red stains like blood. Overall stay was average it’s definitely not worth the price tag. The pool area looked tired with some of the plastic seating broken but not removed. A heavier person could have hurt themself on it.

Great service, friendly staff, immaculate and quiet room, food was great too. Close to everything so didnt need a car. I would definately stay there again.

Was a bit noisy, perhaps the Cyclone winds. Great unit with heaps of room and close to everything. Well stocked with TV in main bedroom as well. Will stay again.
