The reception is warm and welcoming. The rooms are of a high standard. Evening Dinner and staff are amazing. Only thing I would say is the breakfast was really over cooked, bacon, black and white pudding

While some of the staff were incredible, the rooms, alarms, and lack of concern about unsafe conditions were frustrating as was the hotel’s unwillingness to provide any offer of restitution for significant challenges.

Would have given 5 stars but checked in went to room and it wasn’t made up, looked a right mess. Went back to reception to tell them and fair do’s immediate apology and free upgrade to a superior room Restaurant is closed mid week but the bar food is excellent with a good choice

The hotel was clean and well maintained, friendly staff, beds were comfortable, bathrooms were perfect. Evening meal in the bar was tasty and serviced with a smile. But, the breakfast was very very poor.

Property was perfect for a relaxing overnight stay. My only issue was dining room staff took our order for tea / coffee informed us to use self service but we were not made aware in time that we would have to pre order fried/poached eggs , by the time our eggs were served we had almost finished eating our fried food which was by now cold. We had mot looked at menu as we went instead to use the self service . Clear communication would have prevented this occurring.

Lovely hotel disappointing leisure facilities
Absolutely gorgeous hotel, clean tidy and welcoming reception staff. Easy parking, food in bar lovely as was breakfast plenty choice. Only let down for me was the gym/pool (one of reasons for me booking this hotel) facilities were ok but staff were rude and extremely unapproachable. Really let down what would have been a lovely stay.
