Location is every thing, walking to golf, dairy and beach, its also only 5 minutes drive to the central Mount Maunganui shopping strip and 10 minutes drive to downtown Tauranga CBD.

This holiday home has lots of heart and soul, come in and feel at home.

The space

Peckish? the kitchen sits offset from the dining and also provides a window view of the fabulous fairways and room enough for all of your cooking requirements.

Chill out! perhaps get away for a bit of peace and quite and enjoy a book in the sun room.

We live elsewhere but please feel free to contact us during your stay with any questions or feedback. We have a cleaner/manager living nearby who keeps a close eye on the property and passes by daily on her way to work, so she is more than happy to help out if needed

Omanu visit
We had a lovely time at this property. There was plenty of room, it was well equipped and close to the beach. Our only issue is the deck was not safe for little ones as the balustrades on the deck and the bottom step off the deck were broken so not safe. I would also be careful with little children and the windows as there were no safety stays. Other than that, it was a great place to stay and we would do so again.

family beach retreat
We had a wonderful stay. The house had plenty of space for everyone and it had a lovely homely feel to it. Watching golf fromt he living room was a treat. Highly recommend the George cafe at the local shops. Delicious coffee and plant based treats.

If it’s golf at mt maunganui club you’re on there door step other wise it’s only 5 minutes from the
Duncan was great to deal with most helpful, the property was clean and tidy. I rang the property manager to ask something but didn’t hear back from her, it wasn’t important.
