The staff are friendly and make you feel welcome. The room not that clean as I would expect. Loved the room with fridge and snacks. I had no other problems. The facilities are excellent. Alots of parking available.

The room was average size. The curtains had gaps at each side of tthe window. There was no biscuits on the tea tray. There was a crack in the sink. The bar area was pleasant but the food was overpriced and little choice. The breakfast was very average. Poor quality bacon and sausage. No choice of bread only sliced. It was more like a 3 star than 4 star hotel.

Very nice stay but would want a superior room.
A lovely welcome by receptionist and an upgrade to a superior room was very nice. Lovely staff at breakfast too, especially Stephen. Food at breakfast was lovely. Rooms are a bit dated and in need of some decoration but bedding lovely and clean. Pool nice but spoilt by younger generation who didn’t know how to behave in a spa pool. Parking next to hotel really easy. £6/night. Pay at reception.

Excellent stay would definitely recommend. 😊
Couldn't fault anything really. Good value for money. Clean and well presented rooms. Friendly staff and there was a lovely aroma in the reception area and the lifts. Not sure if it was an air freshener but it was the first thing I noticed when I walked in. Good choice at breakfast and was nice to use the pool and facilities. All in all a very pleasant stay. Would definitely recommend.

Easy to find location with hotel parking and NCP parking close by. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel had put on a late night bar with karaoke for after the Take That concert and it was great fun. Breakfast was excellent.

Charged for parking & Very noisy
I asked for hotels with free parking so I was surprised when I was charged £6 for parking when this was never mentioned and is misleading. Really noisy in early hours as next to a busy road. Hotel needs some maintenance, bath looked horrible. Tried to ring room service & no answer. Tried to ring restaurant and no answer, finally got through to reception to order food. Tray charge of £6 too steep. Staff at breakfast were lovely and aware of gluten allergy and was a nice range of breakfast food available.
