Had one night in Verona. Original and cosy little hotel and super friendly staff. A little humid in the cosy room at the ground floor so the aircon was useful. Had to remove the plastic protection sheet on the bed in order to sleep well.

This hotel is only three stars but the excellent staff on the desk make it seem like six. They have so many helpful ideas and services they make the stay truly worthwhile. They can help within anything and are so friendly it's hard to leave. The room we had was very compact. Some are bigger. They have everything you need though. The rooms are well cleaned every day. The hotel position is good. You can walk into Verona or take the short bus trip into the centre. It's near the transport hub. It's convenient for trips to othe places like Mantua or Lake Garda. The hotel sells the Verona card which is excellent value for money and makes it easy to use the frequent convenient buses. The continual breakfast with boil your own egg was good.

"The room was comfortable and the bathroom nice. The hallway was a bit noisy in the morning as the cleaning staff went about their business - not really able to sleep in. breakfast was really good. Front desk staff nice. Staff in the spa was not helpful or friendly - in my opinion, a phone call should ..."

"It is very small place , like bed& breakfast For quick trip and price was reasonable. Place to sleep, it is clean . Do not plan to check in after 8 pm , it get complicated and get in to hotel is from dark side stairs with no light , make sure your phone is charged to use as flash light"
