Safe and secure good value.
Fantastic room and facilities with the executive room with robes and goodies included in the Fridge. Espresso machine was dirty and faulty which was a shame. However excellent hotel although some wild weather during the night.

Nice hotel for strictly business purpose
Great service from the staff at the lobby but the housekeeping, not so. I don’t know if it’s their policy not to provide toiletries everyday but I believe, at the very least, toothbrush and toothpaste should be automatically provided everyday. No nearby stores or restaurants. Nearest is about a 7 to 10-minute walk. Breakfast is the same everyday. Tram station is about 5-7 minute away.

Stayed here while attending a conference at the World Forum. It was extremely convenient! The hotel was under renovation so less services than normal but I still enjoyed breakfast. Would have liked a little more diversity of choices over the week.

Stayed for 3 nights 1st to 4th of September. Individual rooms, but travelled with 4 friends (to get a second parkrun Z...!) The hotel is located in the diplomatic area of the city. With a short walk of a tram stop, and Rotterdam is a short train ride away. We found getting the 3 day Pass worked well for us, as we mostly used the trams. The hotel was clean and bright, with a shop in the lobby, where one could buy hot and cold drinks and snacks. All staff I met were helpful and friendly. I’d like to particularly mention Mirjam on Reception, who was very kind to me. And the team of domestic staff who ensured my room was spotless.

Only the slippery bath enamel!
My one concern was with the slippery bath enamel and needing to use "grab bars" that were not designed for the purpose. Perhaps a roll-up mat could be provided to guests to use as they please?

Great location and easy to access by public transit. Our biggest issue was that we were in an accessible room which had a spare door in the bathroom which you’re unable to lock from the inside (likely for emergency situations), but one night the door was opened by staff ( we were told accidentally) at 5 in the morning which made us feel a bit unsafe given that anyone could access the room at any time. The staff at the front didn’t address it directly but when we did they did apologize but just something to be mindful of if you get a similar room.

Friendly, convenient, safe, comfortable rooms. However ... the doors are constantly slamming shut which makes for a noisy experience if you hope to sleep. Also, the shower is quite slippery when wet and should either be replaced with a non-slip texture or have a rubber bath mat as option.
