This was our second stay at the Prama Sanur and we loved our stay. Unfortunately it was raining most of the time (rainy season) which is no fault of the hotel. We still had a great time, just missed out on using the great pools this time. The breakfast buffet and our room were both wonderful! The staff were helpful and friendly. We would stay here again.

Lovely beachfront property, clean and plenty of restaurants on site and within easy walking distance. Local shops close by too. It is a quiet resort where you can definitely relax and enjoy your vacation. We will definitely return on our next Bali vacation.

A Wonderful Getaway!
A really nice hotel on the promenade. You can walk to the back of the hotel and you’re on the beach. A beautiful atmosphere outside, with a range of eateries on the property. Live music nightly on the beach. For children there’s a seperate pool with slides and a raining mushroom. The Buffet breakfast was wonderful. A huge range of options. You overlook the pool and a fish pond whilst eating. The rooms were ok. They are not modern and rather dark. The lighting needs improvement. The beds were comfortable with two pillows per person and a large body pillow. We had the garden view and it was peaceful. The gardens are beautiful. The hotel is very busy and no early checkout was available. However, checkout is at 12pm which is nice. I would definitely stay here again. I really enjoyed it.

The customer service is excellent, a lot of options to have a breakfast. The hotel provides entertainments during some days in a week. We love the area around the hotel, it’s pretty quiet, the beach is clear and no high waves. Highly recommended.

Just stayed 8 nights. Popular with tourists and locals. Staff very friendly and helpful. Plenty of eating options at the resort or a short walk nearby. Breakfast was plentiful but can be busy and it might be hard to find a table for large groups. Swimming pools were fine but might be hard to get a poolside lounge. Room was fine but somewhat dated. If you dont like your room ask at reception for a change.

this property is so busy that it didn't feel like a holiday, often we had to queu and wait long periods for check in, breakfast ordinary, food at the so called italian was the worst, no such thing as italian in bali, or room the safe didnt work, the kettle didn't work, and the air con not cotrolable, i have a bad leg so they put me far away from everything, the only thing this hotel has for it is the beach.

We had a fantastic time at this resort . Great location . The outdoor and dining of the property are fantastic and a great family resort. Can sit on beach relaxing and not be bothered. However- The building and rooms are very tired. The rooms all need to be refurbished and brought up to date. Only one power point in our rooms worked, no drawers to unpack clothes so this needs to be addressed in refurbishing.

Expedia you ruined the start of my holiday: the hotel didn’t have my booking and when they checked with expedia they said it had been canceled. I did not cancel! You have taken my money and even if it was canceled where is my refund? Zero stars to Prama for washing their hands of my situation and zero stars for expedia for what is essentially theft. And you have the gall to send me this “how was my check in” message; an insight into the incompetence of your processes.

The property is beautiful and you feel like you’re on a very nice resort. My only qualms were that the distance from lobby to room was overwhelming and once we got to the room, it smelled like cigars. It was embedded in the room, which was not good. They only provided 2 small towels in the bathroom, no hand towels etc. and the beds were so hard. Think concrete slab with a mattress top. The hotel itself is a bit dated, but the property is gorgeous and the pool, food and lifestyle around are wonderful. The other weird thing was they shut off the key to the room when we went back,following dinner. So I had to wave down a security guard to let us in and someone promptly brought me a replacement key. It was a great stay, I’d recommend it to others with location and etc.

The hotel is average, nice beach nearby however the hotel itself is very dated, the rooms especially the bathrooms need refurbishment. I didn’t find the staff to be overly welcoming as they were in other hotels we stayed in Bali.

Amenities we’re fabulous around the pool the hotel room was a little tired air conditioner not cold enough and bathroom could have been a little cleaner all in all a relaxing place to stay
