Part of a group of 40 friends and family that celebrated a milestone birthday for family member. Staff at the Hotel was absolutely welcoming, humble and always willing to help. Hotel itself needs there rooms revamped. Serveral rooms had issues, access cards, toilets to name a few.Food was okay, a change in menu will be really welcomed. Anyway had a great 9 days with family and friends..

I only chose this property because of proximity to the beach and pool as I had wanted a quiet time without having to worry about security. Unfortunately, I believe I was harassed by the pool staff there on my last night. One of them approached me out of the blue ( even though I had sat at the same place at the pool and it had been raining ) for the days I was there. Before my massage appointment it was sunny again and I chose not to use my towel card to get another towel pool Incase I forgot before going to the massage I booked at the same hotel. One of the staff demanded that I use only the pool towel ( note that I had itches after lying on it previous days ) and I was the only person he had approached and said that I was trespassing . Firstly , pool staff do nothing . Regulations do not require nor can they mandate the towel I choose to use on my body . Instead of asking loud noise makers to keep quiet I was singled out unnecessarily. For a 5-star resort , training on etiquette and not singling out and harassing women is paramount especially when in swimming wear . After the massage at the hotel I refused to spend any more money at the hotel. Yes they apologized but only because I asked why I was singled out and why I was the only one harassed even though I was quiet minding my own business . Maybe I did not fit into the typical crowd there and looked “poor” enough to bully on my own. Safety for me was compromised .

This was our second stay at the Prama Sanur and we loved our stay. Unfortunately it was raining most of the time (rainy season) which is no fault of the hotel. We still had a great time, just missed out on using the great pools this time. The breakfast buffet and our room were both wonderful! The staff were helpful and friendly. We would stay here again.

Lovely beachfront property, clean and plenty of restaurants on site and within easy walking distance. Local shops close by too. It is a quiet resort where you can definitely relax and enjoy your vacation. We will definitely return on our next Bali vacation.

A Wonderful Getaway!
A really nice hotel on the promenade. You can walk to the back of the hotel and you’re on the beach. A beautiful atmosphere outside, with a range of eateries on the property. Live music nightly on the beach. For children there’s a seperate pool with slides and a raining mushroom. The Buffet breakfast was wonderful. A huge range of options. You overlook the pool and a fish pond whilst eating. The rooms were ok. They are not modern and rather dark. The lighting needs improvement. The beds were comfortable with two pillows per person and a large body pillow. We had the garden view and it was peaceful. The gardens are beautiful. The hotel is very busy and no early checkout was available. However, checkout is at 12pm which is nice. I would definitely stay here again. I really enjoyed it.

The customer service is excellent, a lot of options to have a breakfast. The hotel provides entertainments during some days in a week. We love the area around the hotel, it’s pretty quiet, the beach is clear and no high waves. Highly recommended.

Just stayed 8 nights. Popular with tourists and locals. Staff very friendly and helpful. Plenty of eating options at the resort or a short walk nearby. Breakfast was plentiful but can be busy and it might be hard to find a table for large groups. Swimming pools were fine but might be hard to get a poolside lounge. Room was fine but somewhat dated. If you dont like your room ask at reception for a change.

this property is so busy that it didn't feel like a holiday, often we had to queu and wait long periods for check in, breakfast ordinary, food at the so called italian was the worst, no such thing as italian in bali, or room the safe didnt work, the kettle didn't work, and the air con not cotrolable, i have a bad leg so they put me far away from everything, the only thing this hotel has for it is the beach.

Great quite and family oriented place
I love staying at Prama beach Sanur . I have stayed many times . Always the same standard with food and staff . Nice and quiet . If you had a family it’s the perfect place to stay
