You will have private access to the entire home for your stay. 2 bedrooms/2 baths and a den/study with dedicated work space. Large backyard lanai/birdcage with sectional, fire pit, table, and bbq grill. The garage is only offered with cart rental for cart storage, plenty of parking in driveway.
The washer /dryer is in the garage as well. But there will be a car stored in the garage.

Trina's home in The Villages was fantastic. The house itself is decorated nicely and it's location on a quiet street and yet close to many various activities was definitely a positive feature. Trina's communicated with us before arrival and was available if needed throughout the stay. No problems were incurred. If you are looking for a clean, fully furnished place to stay in a great location-this is the place! Thank you Trina for your hospitality.

The property was not as described; it was even better in person. Our only disappointment was that we didn't get to spend more time in the house. We would have loved to have been able to enjoy the back porch which looked so inviting. We will look forward to a future stay in the house during a next visit to The Villages. Thank you Trina!

Beautiful house with an awesome owner
I cannot stress enough on how nice this rental is!! Beautiful location and the owner is not only responsive to any inquiries that may arise, but also a wonderful kind person. Having chose last week before knowing a hurricane would be coming through town, we were able to work with Trina to make sure the house was safe and ultimately we had a phenomenal time. We would definitely rent again when we are back in town.
