Most of the staff except reception seemed pretty good and professional. Front desk staff need be more humble and smiling. They acted as if we are not good customers. Looked rude.

Decent Hotel for the price
Overall the hotel was decent, and the breakfast was good. However, one surprising factor was that the hotel had no complimentary water bottles and they were charging for them.

The Central Residency
It’s a good hotel with highly courteous staff and good food in restaurant. The rooms are quite big and spacious. The only improvement the hotel needs is to air the English business news channels which are currently not shown. It’s located on mail city area with easy access to everywhere.
