Great hotel overall but for a luxury hotel no concierge at arrival to help with bags as we have children always travelling with more luggage there was no help. The restaurants open at 7pm for dinner which isn’t ideal with children.

Friendly staff and location. The welcome drink was also nice.
The staff both at the reception and restaurants including breakfast were very friendly. All spoke English. Vasilis, Pantelis and Yiota were very kind and helpful.
