We stayed at this hotel based on the location because of a tournament, but I was so happy to find this gem of a place! It is attached to the Sheraton however much less expensive and access to Starbucks and Crave restaurant is all indoors. Also there is a Tim’s on the opposite side and tons of free parking! Our room was updated and clean and the beds were comfortable and there was a wide selection of different pillow options! We had trouble with our fridge, but maintenance came by super quickly and fixed the fridge and even left us a second fridge to use! The pools both indoor and outdoor were amazing and clean as well as the hot tub indoors and there were plenty of towels. The gym is a complete surprise .. honestly every hotel should have this!!.. access to the gym for weight training as well basketball, badminton, squash and I’m sure others I don’t know about. This was amazing !! All of the areas along with the change rooms and washrooms were all very clean. The staff is exceptional and communication began as soon as I booked the room. From the front desk to the maintenance as well as the restaurant staff and staff at the gym.. everywhere we went we were greeted with smiles and offers to help in some kind of way. Whoever is running this establishment, I tip my hat off to you because it certainly (unfortunately) rare to get such great service these days!.. it was a real pleasure and we will definitely be back and highly recommend!

We asked for early check in to get prepared for a ceremony, The reception of Best Western Parkway welcomed us with a free upgrade to a suite at Sheraton, we had amazing unforgettable time there, appreciate their support, understanding and caring for their customer.

The out door pool was wonderful.with this wonderful heat outside. The parking was difficult at first but then spots open up. We got up graded to the Martiott which was fine but no microwave. Everything was great
