This is a good location near the line rail to get around. But it is a bit outdated. There was pealing paint and missing wall paper. But bed comfy it was clean and staff friendly

Staff on first night were amazing! The property is not what it used to be. The carpets are putrid with stains everywhere and in dire need of replacing. The bathroom lacking in ventilation, the shower is either full.force or nothing and floods out the door of the shower. I had previously stayed here before covid and enjoyed my stay. Years later, I would not stay here again.

the bed was so soft. We didn't have a phone in our room. The waterfall showerhead was on the side of the shower, so you had to press up to the wall to get wet. Facilities outside of the room were quite good.

The shower had mould and the carpets were stained and in good need of a clean. The restaurant is closed on weekend and you cannot order room service. Lucky there is food options across the road. There was only 2 towels instead of 4 so had to call reception but staff brought the extra towels up straight away. For the price we paid for the room I expected more. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Coming in at night and the signage and lighting for the property was so obscure that we didn’t notice it and drove straight past. The room we were allocated was right next to an elevator shaft and we heard that elevator go up and down ALL night, also there appears to be no sound proofing on the windows and on quite a busy road so the traffic noise compounded the elevator noise.
