The lobby has an awful smell of body odor which seems to emanate from the back side of the concierge desk. The elevators run great as was my room. The cost of parking is too high.

Perfect location near lots of restaurants and shopping. Takes up an entire block so 4 entrances and exits to Yonge street etc. Eton Centre is like 5 min walk with loads of shopping

Always a pleasure staying at the Chelsea hotel. Staff is always nice and helpful. We had ordered late night food and forgot to get cutlery and the staff was able to get us cutlery and even deliver it to our room. Highly recommend!

Great staff, very noisy unfortunately.
Staff were very friendly and helpful, gave us an early check in at no extra cost and the children’s pool and slide was a huge hit, however the noise from the street was overwhelming, we were on the 10th floor, the balcony doors do not block out any sound, also we could hear the man in the next room coughing. I’d say get as high up as you can and perhaps avoid with young children who are light sleepers.
