If you would like to be central to all your needs this property has it. So much diverse choice along with a flexible budget for all. Two tunnels connect you to shopping and the casino. We had a great time at the Hilton. Front desk was friendly and accommodating. I would certainly return!

We arrived at 4 which was our time for check in. Check in went smoothly and we got our keys. We went up to our room and someone was in there still cleaning. It was an awkward interaction. We were excited to get into our room after a long day of travel and someone was still in there cleaning. They told us to go back to the lobby and come back in 20 minutes. We went back to the lobby and sat around awkwardly for 25 mins. We then go back up. The cleaner is now in the room next to us. So we use our key to get into our room and our key now doesn’t work. So we have to go back down to the lobby for the third time. They then move our room to a floor above. Just not a smooth check in process at all. We were in the north tower which was the farthest building away from the lobby. It would have been nice if the room was ready when they said it was to avoid the awkward interaction and multiple trips across the hotel.

The room was fantastic. Even though there were three conventions happening plus a major concert, the check in process was very quick, and efficient. The amenities were great, and restaurant options were wonderful. Great views from our toom.

The alarm clock went off at 6am. We had not set an alarm, but it must have been from the previous customer. The walls also seemed very thin. Could hear multiple conversations from other rooms.

Rooms are dated, shower pressure low, sink water temperatures are reversed and hard to find the right "warmth." (Just cild or extremely hot) washroom had hair left over..just not worth the price Biggest issue we had..there was no parking availability as it was "full" so i had to park off site..however, i made a u-turn and talked to another person manning thee lot and i managed to get a spot right away. So it made me think if the parking lot was really full or are they just picking the right clients to use it

The only issue I constantly have when I go to this property is that there is never any parking available at the hotel, I am always told it is too busy and full. Does not seem right when you have a reservation.
