I was there for a work convention that had preferred parking. I arrived and was told to park offsite as on-site was full. I told the attendant who I was there with and wanted valet. I was told it doesn’t matter it was full and to go to the offsite lot. I looked and the entire parking area was basically empty. I have mobility issues and stressed I require handicap parking and assistance. Was told I would have help when I arrived at offsite, to which no help was given.

Disgusting hotel full of bed bugs. Avoid it at ALL COSTS! We showed the front desk photos and videos as proof our room had bed bugs and they disrespected us, told us they will "investigate it" themselves and get back to us after 72 hours. 1 week later and still no contact from them. Beatriz Zaragoza is a horrible front desk manager. I will never stay at a Hilton hotel ever again.

Property has great views, nice restaurants, shopping, and entertainment. On the downside, the furniture and carpets are outdated and the pool water is so cold, that children run from it. Overall a great stay with amazing views of the falls.

The view was amazing, but we could’ve been on a higher floor. Especially given we were celebrating and paid for a higher level with view, the hotel could not provide any kind of complimentary upgrades and seemed to care very little we were celebrating a birthday. I’ve stayed at lesser hotels that could at least take the time to provide chocolates or a cheap bottle of wine. The Hilton chain is usually fairly accommodating, especially for Honors members, but here it was clear the staff is fed up with tourists and could care less. Regardless we made the best of it on our own.

Nice hotel but.....
I always come to the Hilton as it has everything for our family. The pool for the kids and the casino so close for grandma. I have to say this was a disappointing stay. Both tv's did not work in either room and the pools were both super cold for my toddlers. This is not a cheap place to stay so all the extra amenities are vital for a fun stay. Please fix these things in order to achieve a better quality of standard!

I recently stayed at this hotel and was thoroughly impressed by the stunning views and the spacious room. The location is incredibly convenient, being super close to Fallsview Casino, and there are multiple parking options right beside the property, which made our stay hassle-free. The staff was friendly and accommodating, adding to the overall pleasant experience. However, there were a few downsides. The WiFi was quite slow, which was a bit frustrating. Additionally, the room felt outdated and could definitely benefit from a renovation. Despite these minor issues, the positive aspects of our stay far outweighed the negatives, and I would consider staying here again

The tv barely worked, it cut on and off and wouldnt stay on.. i actually have a video of it not working.. the phone wouldnt work, when we ordered room service they didnt have what we wanted. And the fact that they trued to charge me for parking in a lot 2 blocks away that i never found was the icing on the cake
