Property and staff were great. Nice hotel room. Very clean hotel. The parking area...full disclosure...id an absolute nightmare....so easy to have an incident of any kind in there. Spots are so tight...i had to climb over the passenger seat and go out that side because there was no room to open the car door.

My daughter and I travelled for the Taylor Swift concert. They accommodated our early check-in. The staff are very friendly and they went above and beyond to make everyone’s stay enjoyable. They had many fun activities for all the guests going to the Eras Tour. Every guests had a smile on their faces and the environment was just very positive.
