Royal York Visit
We are repeat visitors to the Royal York and as usual we’re not disappointed. We were fortunate to arrive same day as the tree lighting and holiday kick off festivities. The hotel was a Christmas wonderland and the decorations all very tastefully designed. The room very comfortable and clean, we always feel safe. We enjoyed the pool/hot tub area and again very clean. We enjoyed the lobby bar to enjoy a few cocktails before the hockey game. The location is perfect, close to many amenities and Union Station across the road

The closeness to everything and the connection to the tunnels was perfect. Hotel room was clean and comfortable. Loved the Nespresso coffee pods in the room. And the shampoo, conditioner and lotion were lovely.

Easy to get to, fast check in and out, friendly staff. Room was comfortable, clean and quiet. One thing that was a pain if you want a drink in the Library Bar be prepared to wait.
