There was only a mattress cover sheet but no other bed sheet, just the bed cover, I felt terrible to cover myself directly with the bed cover thinking it can’t possibly be washed every night. I will not go back.

We stayed at the Novotel Toronto Centre for 2 nights while we were in town for the Eras Tour. The staff were SO lovely! We had a terrible experience at our previous hotel and the staff turned our whole experience around. We were able to get in sooner than expected. We were gone for most of the day and when we got back from the concert we had a little welcome gift waiting for us. It was so lovely! The hotel is clean and the rooms are newly renovated. We had a fridge in our room which was great and an honourable mention for the amazing light in the bathroom. Thank you, Novotel from your Alberta Swifties! You made our experience a 13/10 and we will definitely be back!

One of our personal highlights was the pool and jacuzzi at the top of the hotel 😊 The hotel was very clean and comfortable, it was in an ideal location to explore downtown Toronto as it was so close to the city centre and with easy access to all the landmarks. It was within walking distance to St.Lawrence market and also really handy to Union station with a great service to Pearson airport.

Enjoyed our stay at the Novotel. Only a couple of things would have made it excellent. No housekeeping on Thursday even though we were out. And would have preferred still water in the room rather than sparkling. Overall though it was a very good stay and we thought the location was convenient and staff friendly.

Good value for the money in an otherwise very expensive part of downtown Toronto. Easy walking distance to all the major haunts including CN Tower, Skydome, Union Station, Hockey Hall of Fame, etc. Set on a quieter street just south of Front Street so the area didn't feel as congested or chaotic despite being in the heart of things. The room was basic with no view other than a parkade...but it was a decent size and with a reasonably comfortable mattress, excellent pillows, large TV, and a good sized shower. The shower was showing its age a bit with hints of dark grout in the corners, and the mattress had a couple of lumps that likely would have bothered me on a longer term stay, but nothing overly concerning for a quick one-night stay for a conference. Check in was fast and easy and the staff very all very friendly. Bottom line, I would definitely stay here again if I were looking to do the heart of downtown for a safe, comfortable room that doesn't break the bank.
