The start of my stay was a little stressful with some issues with my bank, of no fault of the hotel however the staff remained calm and found a solution for me. As someone who doesn’t get to travel much this completely changed my experience from chaos to a calm and enjoyable stay as they were helpful in navigating that situation and then my stay. they were also so excited for the Eras tour which i was there to see which made me feel welcomed. The room was beautiful, glamorous and the view was impeccable they really care about the overall experience and the presentation of every part of the stay, from the giant friendship bracelets and taylor playing in the lobby. thanks for a good stay!

We had a large suite that was so nice. There was a large group of us for a 80th birthday party and the suite was great for drinks and munchies with 14 people before heading to the theatre.
