We booked and were given a smoking room. It did not state smoking until we checked in. The room was terrible with everything smelling like smoke when we left. Never again well, I stay at this hotel

The hotel was quiet and the room layout was spacious. Beds were comfortable. The condition of the room and corridors was poor. There were significant scratches on the doors and walls. The ottoman in the sitting area was very worn. They had done work on the bathroom ceiling that was very poor, light fixtures were banged up and bases were rusty. Will not book at this hotel again.

Right from the time I checked in, the staff was very friendly and helpful. They follow up right away to make sure everything is satisfactory. The room was clean and comfortable. Lots to choose from with the breakfast. Overall a good place to stay at.

We stayed here for one night on our way through to the east coast. All staff were friendly and efficient. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Plenty of free, easily accessible parking. The only negative for me was that the cheese slices at breakfast were Kraft Singles torn in half....that's a strange area to cut costs at a $300/night hotel in Toronto....
